WELCOME

We believe Balanced Movement is key to a healthy strong body. Clients come to us for many different reasons whether that’s for rehabilitation from an injury, to advance their sports performance or to improve their strength, flexibility and posture.


In our experience repetitive daily activities and habits can often form movement patterns that lead to an imbalanced body and posture, which can cause niggles and pains or even injuries. In our sessions we work to stretch out tight overused muscles and lengthen and strengthen the weaker under used ones. Giving you the opportunity to remedy the imbalances, learn how to stand and move better and feel muscles you’ve likely never have felt before.
